At K-izen AI Immigration Academic, we offer a 72-hour refund policy for individual clients, effective immediately upon accessing the platform. This allows you 3 days to explore the platform and decide if you wish to remain a member. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Reproducing, selling, recording, or using our materials for any purpose other than representing your own immigration case or that of your immediate family (spouse and children).
You, as the purchaser, are the final user of our services. We do not work with third-party representatives or accept third-party acquisitions on behalf of clients.
